Orientation on Formulation & implementation of Diocesan Strategic Plan (DSP) in line with Key Strategic Plan (KSP) of Caritas India
A preliminary orientation on the Formulation & implementation of the Diocesan Strategic Plan (DSP) in line with the Key Strategic Plan (KSP) of Caritas India was held virtually on July 25, 2022.

Ms. Shimray Lead- Capacity Building Desk, Caritas India, Mr. Robert D’Souza State Programme Associate of Caritas India, and Rev.Fr. Richard Pais and KROSS team facilitated the programme. Ms. Shimray briefed on the history, relevance, need, scope, and importance of a strategic plan.

Rev. Fr. Richard Pais, Director KROSS welcomed the participants and made opening remarks on DSP.

The Dioceses of Bellari Diocesan Development Society – Ballari, Belgaum Diocesan Social Service Society- Belagavi, Seva Sangama Development Society-Kalaburgi, Chikmagalur Multipurpose Social Service Society – Chikmagalur and Malnad Social Service Society – Bhadravathi participated in the programme.

At the end of the programme, an action plan was drawn to carry out the programme effectively.
