WORKSHOP ON INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITY BUILDING - 12 FEBRUARY 2020

A workshop on the need for Institutional Capacity Building was held at KROSS Resource cum Training Centre on 12.02.2020 in which the Diocesan Social Work Directors and KROSS Team participated.

M/s Dhawni Foundation, Bengaluru facilitated the workshop and impressed that if the NGOs are to be relevant and measure up to the standards expected then the organizations have to enhance their visibility, transparency, accountability and efficiency through better use of process and technology available. As the NGOs already possess a pool of quality resources they only need to work on building the capacity of the staff and put technically assisted systems and structures in place as this ensures dissemination of information within the shortest time and all the stakeholders are aware of the happenings within the organization.

Fr. Sebastian Fernandes, Director-KROSS set the tone for the workshop, Mr. Clement Fernandes, Manager-Programs, KROSS welcomed the gathering and Fr. Alex Prashant Sequeira, Director-ODP, Mysuru proposed the vote of thanks.
