Governing Board Meeting on 11th February 2022 at KROSS Resource Centre, Bengaluru.

The meeting began at 10.30 a.m. with a prayer song led by the KROSS Team followed by a prayer by Rev. Fr. Peter Ashirwad the Director of BDSSS, Dharwad. The President requested the house to pray for the departed souls of Mr. Alexander IAS Rtrd (a member of the Governing Board from 2004 nd Rev. Fr. Rayappa (Former director of Sevalaya and Board Member).

Fr. Vincent D’Souza the Director of CODP Mangaluru, welcomed all. And especially he welcomed Most .Rev. Dr. Francis Serrao SJ, the President of KROSS, the New Director of BDSSS, Dharwad Fr. Peter Ashirwad,

The President requested the house to actively participate and give constructive suggestions for the successful execution of the projects and invited the Secretary/Treasurer/Director, KROSS to present the minutes of the previous G.B. meeting.

The Secretary, KROSS presented the minutes of the previous Governing Board Meeting which was held on 02.12.2021 at Sevalaya, BDSSS, Dharwad.

The house deliberated on the minutes and unanimously accepted, which were then proposed to be passed by Rev. Fr. Reginald Pinto, Director, SAMPADA, Udupi and seconded by Rev. Fr. Peter Ashirwad the Director of BDSSS, Dharwad.

The Project Officers presented their reports which were appreciated by the members and clarifications and suggestions were given for the better implementation of the programs.
KROSS QR Code (Availing Donation from the Public, Local Resources for KROSS) was lunched through the KROSS Website and Mr. Jose Jacob the Director of Integro Company, explained its importance & benefits. Mr. Sivan Ambat, the resource person for the SFURTI skill based programme enumerated the process and mode of implementation of the programme in his session.

KROSS calendar 2022 was inaugurated by the President Most .Rev. Dr. Francis Serrao SJ, and distributed to all the Board Members.

The meeting concluded at 2:15pm with the vote of thanks by Rev. Fr. Fr. Binoy A. J. the Director of DKRDS.
