WEP External Evaluation Planning Meeting At SMSSS, Shimoga.

KROSS Organized WEP External Evaluation Planning meeting on 28th July 2021, for all the Coordinators of 14DSSSs, at Chaitanya SMSSS, Shimoga.

The programme was inaugurated by The Most Rev. Francis Serrao SJ, the Bishop of Shimoga and the President of the KROSS by lighting of the lamp followed by addressing the gathering.

Mr. Stanly Fernandes the Coordinator of SAMPADA, UDUPI, welcomed the gathering.

The Resource person of the day was Sr. Nancy Lobo, from the Director of Prathyasha, Kalaburgi.

KROSS Director Rev. Fr. Richard Pais welcomed the Resource person and addressed all the participants about importance of the meeting.

The Resource person commenced the workshop by dividing the total gathering into three groups and provided six important points to discuss.

The discussed points were as follows.

1. To what extent the goal are achieved/and reasons for non-achievements
2. Threats and challenges faced in the implementation of the goal
3. Did they use new strategies
4. Focusing on present issues in the field
5. Adopted, innovative ideas in the implementation of the programme
6. New Learning in the implementation

The Resource person Sr. Nancy appreciated all the group members for their active participation in the group presentations and also she gave a few feedback and suggestions on their presentations. Discussed a couple of points for their future implementation and development of their work process. All participants were satisfied with the workshop conducted and thanked the KROSS Director for organizing the same.

The programme was concluded at 5pm with the vote of thanks by Mrs. Sudha Mani the coordinator of JVSSS, Mandya.
