The Director of DKRDS, Fr. Binoy AJ, expressed heartfelt appreciation to all the federation members and wholeheartedly congratulated the participating women for actively engaging in the training. He further encouraged the participants to seize the opportunity and make the most of the workshop.

Continuing the day's enlightening sessions, Rev. Fr. Richard Pais, the esteemed Executive Director of KROSS, he spoke about how setting clear goals can help women achieve their dreams and become stronger and more confident.

He provided comprehensive insights into the key elements of formulating effective goals and emphasized the importance of involving stakeholders in the goal-setting process. Additionally, he elaborated on the current goals and objectives of the Women's Empowerment Program. Participants from various federations actively interacted with him, seeking clarifications and sharing their perspectives.

They enriched the session by providing real-life examples that resonated with their own communities, thus fostering a deeper understanding among the attendees.

Taking the program to another level of engagement, Sr. Nancy Lobo, the esteemed State Coordinator of KROSS, skillfully organized group activities focused on the bye-laws of the state-level federation, wherein the participants earnestly presented their findings. Fr. Richard Pais, the distinguished Director of KROSS, further enriched the discussions by elaborating on the concept of a state-level federation through interactive exchanges and sharing their knowledge.

As the program gracefully drew to a close, representatives from the five Diocesan Social Service Societies (DSSSs) shared their experiences and profound understanding of the day's enriching sessions. The concluding moments, at 4:00 pm, were graced with expressions of gratitude and appreciation from Fr.
