Orientation on POSH organized by Caritas India
The orientation on POSH was held on the 17th of March from 10 am to 1 pm for the Regional Co-ordinators. MS. Shimmery was the facilitator of the session.as he welcomed the gathering, the session began by an introduction of the act, its historical reference and its prominent content, that is Sexual harassment, prevention of sexual harassment in work place. The main features of POSH and important definitions such as survivor and perpetrator also the redressal mechanisms were explained to the participants.
