PAUSTIK REVIEW MEETING 27TH AND 28TH OF JULY 2022
The Review Meeting of PAUSTIK Program was held at KROSS Resource cum Training Centre, Bengaluru on the 27th and 28th of July 2022 which was attended by the two Coordinators and 11 Animators from the three implementing partners, BDDS-Ballari, BDSSS-Belagavi and SSDS-Kalaburgi. The Meeting was presided over by Fr. Richard Pais, Director-KROSS, and co-ordinated by Mr. Varghese, Program Officer-PAUSTIK

Mr. Varghese welcomed the gathering and explained the agenda for the next two days. The Director-KROSS delivered an interactive session and addressed the purpose of the review meeting held is not only to review the work that has been done during this period but also to assess where we stand in respect of the target vs achievement. The reports were then presented by the Coordinators and the Animators which led to a lot of queries, discussions, and feedback, and suggestions were provided on how we could ameliorate the work performed and sustain the goals of the program. After every presentation, the other two implementing partners' staff sought clarifications which enabled them to learn alternative approaches to solve the concerned issue.

On the 2nd day, the participants were acquainted with a brief session on MGNREGA by the coordinator, and later after all the report presentations had concluded, guidelines were issued on devising an action plan for the next six months. The participants then shared their learning and made sure that PAUSTIK will bear fruit at the grassroots.

In his closing remarks, the Director-KROSS emphasized the further need for improvement in implementing the program and submitting authentic data He wished the participants all the best in making the program a success.

The two days program was moderated by the Program Coordinator and the vote of thanks was delivered by Mr.Kashinath of BDSSS. later the program coordinator thanked each and every one present and especially the Director-KROSS for being present on both days and for the feedback and guidance provided.
