Bellary Diocese Development Society (BDDS) established in 1985, is the official organization of the Diocese of Bellary for promoting Social development in four civil districts of Ballari, Raichur, Koppal and Vijayanagar. It has taken long strides in the empowerment and integral development of the marginalized and underprivileged people particularly the Dalits, Women and Children.

Vision: To usher in a social order of justice, peace and love.

Mission: To promote human dignity to the marginalized, especially the Dalits, women and children through a process of empowerment and rights-based approach.

Goal: Integrated development through empowerment of the community by Rights-based approach.
