BANGALORE MULTIPURPOSE SOCIAL SERVICE SOCIETY (Bengaluru)
is the social concern and development wing of the Catholic Archdiocese of Bengaluru. It is a secular, non-government, not-for-profit organization for the development and uplift of the marginalized, women, children, youth, farmers, the sick and the suffering.
It started in 1969 and registered under Mysore Societies Registration Act 1960 (Reg. No. 117/69-70). Has 12A and 80G Tax exemption under Income
Tax Act 1961 and registered with the Ministry of Home Affairs under
Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA). The operational area consists
of Bengaluru Urban and Rural, Tumkur, Kolar, Ramanagaram and
Chikkaballapura districts.
