Facilitation for Drafting the Diocesan Prospective Planning at DKRDS

On 11-8-2023, a facilitation programme was conducted at DKRDS Belthangady. Rev. Fr. Joseph Mattam, Director of the Jnananilaya Pastoral Centre in Belthangady, delivered the welcome speech. The group was welcomed by Ms. Cecilia Taurao. The planning meeting was facilitated by Rev. Fr. Richard Pais, Executive Director of KROSS, Mr. Robert D’Souza, State Programme Associate, Caritas India, Fr. Binoy, Director of DKRDS Belthangady, Mr. Varghese, and brother Anil Sebastian. After an extensive discussion on SWOT analysis at the program's conclusion, participants were able to develop the diocesan perspective plan for the next five years. The comprehensive which includes all the neglected and downtrodden sections of the society. There were around 18 participants, all of whom have extensive backgrounds in the field of social work, who attended the program.
