GB MEETING
The meeting commenced at 9.00 a.m. with a prayer hymn and was followed by a Scripture reading by Sr. Nancy and prayer by Fr. Anil Prasad - Co-ordinator, RPC.
Fr. Alex Prashanth Siqueira, Director -ODP welcomed Most Rev. Dr. Francis Serrao S.J, the President of KROSS, Secretary/Treasurer, the Members, the invitees, and the KROSS team The President solicited the cooperation of the house to actively participate and offer productive suggestions for the successful execution of the projects. He invited the Secretary/Treasurer/Director, KROSS to present the Minutes of the previous meeting.

• Fr. Richard Pais, the Secretary, KROSS presented the Minutes of the previous Governing Board Meeting that was held on June 02.2022 at Chaitanya, Shivamogga.
• The minutes of the previous meeting was passed by Rev. Fr. Clifford Roshan Pinto, Director, SMSSS, and was seconded by Rev.Fr. Vincent D'Souza, the Director of CODP- Mangaluru.

The Project Officers presented their reports which were appreciated by the members and clarifications and suggestions were given for the better implementation of the programs. The President then asked the Project in charge to present the progress reports. The meeting concluded at 10:45p.m with the vote of thanks proposed by Most Rev. Dr. Francis Serrao, S.J. President, President, KROSS.

AGM MEETING
The meeting began at 11.00 A.M with Scripture reading by Sr. Nancy and prayer by Fr. Clifford Roshan Pinto, Director SMSSS, Shimoga, invoking blessings on the day's proceedings.
Fr. Vincent D'Souza, Director - CODP welcomed the Most Rev. Dr. Francis Serrao S.J, the President of KROSS, Secretary/Treasurer. He also welcomed all the General Body Members (Diocesan Social Work Directors) present & the KROSS Staff
The president requested all the members present to give their comments and suggestions on the programs so that the implementation could be more fruitful. He then requested the Secretary/Treasurer/Director, KROSS to read the minutes of the previous meeting. The Secretary/Treasurer/Director read out the minutes of the previous meeting held on 27.04.2021 As there were no suggestions, all the members unanimously approved the minutes and it was then proposed to be passed by Fr. Clifford Roshan Pinto and seconded by Fr. Reginald Pinto
The progress reports of the ongoing projects and programs were presented by the Program Officers as per the instruction of the President. The accounts presented were deliberated by the house. The account presented was unanimously accepted by all. It was then proposed to be passed by Fr. Clifford Roshan Pinto and seconded by Fr. Vincent D'Souza.
The house then had to Appoint the Auditor and Fix the Audit Fee. The Secretary/Treasurer /Director informed the house that the Auditor keeps KROSS updated with the new financial rules and regulations and is available for consultation. The house unanimously accepted to continue the services of the Auditor
The president informed the house that we need to induct at least two women members to the Governing Board. The house unanimously appointed the following members:

• Sr. Nisha Mathew
• Mrs. Priscilla Pinto

Later Most Rev. Francis Serrao S.J, President-KROSS released the dummy copy of the Annual Report and brochure. He informed the house that the copies would be served shortly Most Rev. Francis Serrao SJ, President-KROSS thanked the donors, supporters, board members, and everyone present for their support, encouragement, and guidance.
