The Governing Board Meeting was held on 02nd December 2021 at, Snehalaya, BDSSS, Dharwad.

The meeting began at 10.00 a.m. with a prayer song led by the KROSS Team followed by a prayer by Rev. Fr. Peter Ashirwad the Assistant Director of BDSSS, Dharwad.

Fr. Victor Anil Vas the Director of Seva Sangama and ORBIT, Kalaburgi, welcomed all. Mr. Jose Jacob the Director of INTEGRO Company redesigned the KROSS website and on his invite Most Rev. Dr. Francis Serrrao SJ, the President of KROSS launched the website. The KROSS Director Rev. Fr. Richard Pais was requested to kick start the KROSS E-NEWS LETTER/ ALEGALU.

The President requested the house to actively participate and give constructive ideas for the successful execution of the projects and invited the Secretary/Treasurer/Director, KROSS to present the minutes of the previous meeting.

The Secretary, KROSS presented the minutes of the previous Governing Board Meeting which was held on 09.08.2021 at KROSS, Regional Resource cum Training Centre, Bengaluru

After a lengthy discussion, the minutes were proposed to be passed by Rev. Fr. Reginald Pinto, Director of Sampada and seconded by Rev. Fr. Clifford Roshan Pinto, Director of SMSSS, Shivamogga.

The Minutes of the Directors' Meeting was proposed to be passed by Rev. Fr. Victor Anil Vas the Director of Seva Sangama Development Society & Orbit and seconded by Rev. Fr. Abraham Areeparambil, Director, MSSS, Bhadravathi

The Project Officers presented their reports which were appreciated by the members and they clarified certain issues and gave suggestions were given for the better implementation of the programs.

Mr. Robert D'Souza Caritas State Officer with the permission of the president informed about the 60th year (Diamond Jubilee) celebration of Caritas India on 10th of January 2022 and 11th January 2022 will be the Review meeting of the 'Sparsha' Programme. And he extended cordial welcome to all.

The Next Governing Board Meeting was fixed on 11th (Friday) February 2022 at KROSS, Resource cum Training Centre, Bengaluru

The meeting concluded at 2:10pm with the vote of thanks by Rev. Fr. Micheal Pinto the Director of KDDC.
