KROSS GOVERNING BOARD MEETING - 31ST MAY 2018
Karnataka Regional Organization for Social Service held its 2nd Governing Board Meeting of 2018 at KROSS Resource Centre, Bengaluru on 31st May 2018.

The Meeting began with a Hymn and Gospel Reading and reflection by Rev. Fr. Chourappa, Director, BDDS, Ballari.

Most. Rev. Dr. Gerald Lobo, Bishop of Udupi and President, KROSS welcomed the Diocesan Social Work Directors, Board Members, Special Invitees and the KROSS Team. He introduced the two newly appointed Diocesan Social Work Directors, Fr. Anil Crasta, SSDS, Kalburgi and Fr. Leo Edayadiel, JVSSS, Mandya who were offered a bouquet of flowers by Fr. Sebastian Fernandes, Director, KROSS.

The Director, KROSS then read the minutes of the previous meeting which were deliberated and unanimously agreed and then proposed to be passed by Fr. John Kunnathethu, Director, KIDS, Puttur and seconded by Fr. Reginal Pinto, Director, Sampada, Udupi.

The Manager, Program Support/Project Officers of KROSS then presented the report of the programmes implemented by KROSS and its 14 Partners – the Diocesan Social Work Societies throughout the state of Karnataka. The Members while appreciating the reports presented also gave some useful hints and suggestions which were accepted.

The President then thanked all the Members present for the presence, active participation and suggestions. He also thanked the Director, KROSS & Team for their efforts.

The Director, KROSS thanked the Bishop for his valuable contribution and suggestions. He also thanked all the Diocesan Social Work Directors, Members, Special Invitee and the KROSS Team.
