Orientation on the Goals and Objectives for the New WEP Field Staff
A day’s orientation on the Goals and Objectives of WEP was held at KROSS Resource cum Training Centre, Bengaluru on 12 th of April 2023, attended by 6 coordinators and 15 animators. The meeting was organised by KROSS team, and co-ordinated by WEP – Consultant Sr. Nancy lobo and Mrs. Laina Violet Lasrado

The program began with prayer conducted by KIDS animator and the state coordinator welcomed the participants. The Director-KROSS explained about the essentials of social work and the present need of adopting sustainable development in the programmes.

Mrs. Laina presented the History of the Goal and Objectives of the WEP and discussed with them about the progress of the WEP programme.

WEP consultant Sr. Nancy Lobo summarised the Goal and Objectives of the new phase to the staff. She also conducted an interactive session on gender Sensitization by giving them group activity.
